World Book Day - Books, Bears and Bedtime!
We will be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March and would like to invite any children who do not wish to wear their school uniform to come into school in their pyjamas, for Books, Bears and Bedtime. They may bring a favourite bedtime friend, but we would ask you to ensure that they have sensible footwear. During the day, we will be asking the children to take part in a range of activities that celebrate books and a love of reading. As usual, the children will be receiving their World Book Day vouchers to spend on a World Book Day book, or put towards the cost of a book. Your children are bringing home a copy of a Reading Stars task sheet. We will be giving out certificates to everyone who brings in a completed sheet. Happy Reading!
