Meet Peanut and Buddy Bear!

Acorn class were introduced to the class bears, Peanut and Buddy Bear. The bears will go home with 2 different children every Friday and ideally brought back to school Monday, ready to tell everyone about their adventures!

Lost property: It has come to our attention that some children are missing bits of uniform, PE kit and coats. Please could everyone be extra vigilant when looking in book bags and kit bags - as you are aware, we try our best to ensure children go home with their belongings.

Our new sounds for next week are: w and x

See you on Monday!

Welcome back and Happy New Year!

We hope you all enjoyed your break and are ready for the next term in Acorn class.

Well done to all of the children for settling back into routine this week, especially with Mrs Chapman's room being out of action. The children have been so sensible in the hall and enjoying the extra space!

It is Miss Lankin's side's turn to use the hall next week - please see the letter in the children's book bags regarding procedure for the mornings.

Next week we move onto Phase 3 in our Phonics lessons.

Have a good weekend.
